Judith Kugel worked in the New York City Schools as a Staff Developer, Reading Coordinator and Literacy Specialist. She received a B.A. in Early Childhood. She attended University of Pennsylvania and recived a M.S. in Literacy. She also attended Queens College and received a degree in Adminstration and Supervision. She has certifcation in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Reading Specialist, and Adminstration and Supervision.
Judith Kugel worked at UFT Teachers Center and taught educational studies courses for Fordham University.
She currently teaches at SUNY Empire State College at Old Westbury for the past eight years.
