Nazik Roufaiel

Nazik Roufaiel has doctorate, Master of Science, and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Finance and Information Systems.  She is the Department Chair of Accounting, Economics, Finance & MIS in the Business Division, and Online Curriculum Coordinator of Accounting and Finance.  Nazik is a full-Professor teaching in the areas of accounting, finance, and healthcare administration, entrepreneurship, and managerial leadership.  She has been teaching courses for the School of Undergraduate Studies, School of Graduate Studies, and International Programs. Dr. Roufaiel is Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Global management Accountant, Certified in Financial Management, Certified Information Technology Professional, Certified in Entrepreneurialship and Business Innovation, Certified Board Advisor, Certified in Fraud document Recognition, and Certified in Healthcare Business.  She has a broad array of publications and presentations, and held various leadership positions in professional associations.  She is the recipient of the Gold Medallion of Leadership by the Association of Management Accountants, named Dana-Teaching Feloow for Excellence in Teaching & Research, and national awards for teaching excellence.  She is a wife and mother for two sons.
