Pamela Anderson

Pamela Anderson is a mentor for the Empire Promise Program (EPP) and the Military Veteran Opportunity Program (MVOP) in the Office of Opportunity Programs (OP). 

 

Prior to joining SUNY Empire, Pamela worked at the University of South Florida (USF) where she spent a decade as an academic advisor for students majoring in International Studies, Africana Studies, and Political Science. During this same time, she taught courses in political science at both Hillsborough Community College and USF teaching courses such as American Government, Introduction to Political Science, Introduction to International Relations, and Food Politics. Pamela still teaches online for USF as an adjunct instructor. Her other previous professional experience includes time working in the private sector, non-profits, and in local government. She has also served on the chapter boards of professional organizations such as the United Nations Foundation Tampa and Women in Cable and Telecommunications Florida.
